Terms and Conditions
• To secure a reservation for up to one week, we require payment by credit card or check, for the first night's stay plus a security deposit of $300. The balance is due no later than a week prior to your arrival date.
• The security/damage deposit is refundable within 7 days after departure, provided there has been no damage to the premises.
• To secure a reservation for one week or longer or during holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) we require payment by credit card or check for 50% of the total stay plus a security deposit of $300.00. The balance is due no later than a week prior to your arrival date.
• If you are paying by check, your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your check deposit. The check deposit should be made out to Oregon Coast Vacation Rentals and mailed to: 32716 Miller Ranch Road, Gold Beach, Oregon 97444.
• We accept checks, Master Card and Visa. You can pay for the deposit or for your entire stay by calling us at 1-800-775-4114 with your credit card information. For security reasons, please do not e-mail your credit card information.
• All cancellations are subject to a $250.00 fee plus 3.5% of the amount if paid by credit card.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days from your arrival date will be reimbursed (minus the $250.00 + the 3.5% if paid by credit card), only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate.
• Please, plan on arriving no earlier than our check-in time of 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. We do appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our check-in and check-out times. We will gladly grant extensions when possible.
• Our Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.
• Lost key or garage door opener charge of $50 per item will be assessed.
